Do’s of Exercise
• Be sure to stretch and warm-up before exercising to prevent muscle tears and remember to do a cool-down and more stretching after your work out to prevent stiffness and increase flexibility
• Make sure that you get enough sleep before important sporting events
Don't Do's of Exercise
• Taking drugs or smoking greatly reduces your body’s capacity to perform
• Don’t Take performance enhancing drugs such as steroids
• Steroids are chemicals that can put you at serious risk for heart attack and stroke
among other things
• Don’t over exercise!
