Prejudice is pre-judging, making a decision about a person or group of people without sufficient knowledge. This thinking is frequently based on stereotypes.

Stereotypes- are over simplified generalization about a person or group of people without regard for individual differences. Even positive stereotypes can have negative consequences. Prejudice and stereotypes often lead o discrimination.
